Please be informed that unless specifically provided for on our website, we do not offer refunds for all purchases made on our website. If there is a fault with your purchase and you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please reach out to us within 7 calendar days of your purchase, as you may be eligible for an exchange or gift voucher to be used both online and in our stores.

After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to exchange or receive a gift voucher. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 7  days after purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
